Part of my 2022 black belt assessment required a personal presentation, a painting of a dragon on a skateboard has many meanings symbolized with one piece.

Skateboarding is a first obsession, with martial arts coming in a close 2nd, and slowly over taking in recent years. Now training for my 2nd degree, I am fitter than I’ve ever been and in turn has inspired many artistic ideas, taking me in new directions, with new mediums. A requirement of this level is a personal presentation, I painted of a dragon on a skateboard with many symbols which has personal meaning.
